French Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rich, whole milk
1/3 heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
5 ounces best quality semisweet chocolate, chopped

METHOD:

Combine the milk, cream and sugar together in saucepan and heat until just boiling. Whisk in the chocolate continue whisking until chocolate has completely melted. Do not allow mixture to boil. Serve warm in small demitasse cups.
