Banana Cocoa Soy Smoothie


1 banana, sliced and frozen until firm
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup soy, almond or rice milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
or agave syrup


Slice banana and freeze until firm. Blend tofu, milk of choice, cocoa and honey in blender until smooth. With the motor running, add the frozen banana slices and process until smooth.
