4 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 cups honeydew melon, seeded and peeled, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
6 ice cubes
2 mint sprigs, optional, for garnish
In blender, whirl melon, kiwi, lime juice, sweetener and ice cubes until blended and smooth. Divide smoothie between two tall glasses. Garnish each glass with mint sprig, if desired, and serve immediately.
YIELD: 2 servings
VARIATION: Add small handful of parsley leaves to boost nutrition.
