This is a quick and easy dipping sauce for steamed or fried artichokes or asparagus.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
In small bowl of food processor or blender, place mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Process until smooth. Stir in cracked pepper.
Store covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Add 1 minced chipotle pepper, or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped tarragon.
