2 cups milk kefir that has been strained through a coffee filter for 30 minutes
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Taste and adjust seasoning.
