3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely minced
1 teaspoon hot Chinese or Dijon mustard
Place all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake jar vigorously until dressing begins to emulsify. Cover and chill.
