4 cups broccoli, coarsely chopped
4 cups cauliflower, coarsely chopped
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup onions, chopped
2 cups breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Steam chopped broccoli and cauliflower until done.
Place steamed broccoli and cauliflower in a large mixing bowl. Add grated cheeses, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, egg and seasonings and hand mix to combine. (The cheese will melt slightly and the vegetables will break into smaller pieces.)
Spoon vegetable mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 baking pan.
Bake for 35 minutes at 325°F until top is nice and brown.
