Kiwi and Honeydew Melon Smoothie

Cool, refreshing, and naturally sweet, this smoothie pairs tangy kiwi with juicy honeydew for a light, vitamin-packed drink. A splash of lime brightens the flavors, while a touch of agave keeps it balanced. Perfect for breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a post-workout refresher.

INGREDIENTS:

4 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 cups honeydew melon, seeded and peeled, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
6 ice cubes
2 mint sprigs, optional, for garnish

METHOD:

Place kiwi, honeydew, lime juice, agave (or honey), and ice cubes in a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and frothy.

Pour into two tall glasses. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

YIELD: 2 servings

VARIATION: Add a small handful of parsley leaves before blending to boost nutrition and add a fresh, herbal note.
