INGREDIENTS:
1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup (and more, to taste, if desired)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4-6 cups strong brewed coffee
METHOD:
Combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and cardamom in a medium-sized saucepan and whisk to combine. Heat mixture until hot. Add coffee and whisk until the mixture is hot and frothy. Pour into mugs, add a dusting of cinnamon, and serve.
