INGREDIENTS:
2 cups ketchup
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup EACH lemon juice, water, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
METHOD:
Combine all of the ingredients in a 3-quart saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly and strain. Cover and refrigerate.
