INGREDIENTS:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Creole or Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 garlic clove, finely minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
2 teaspoons capers, chopped (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
METHOD:
