INGREDIENTS:
Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Slaw
4 cups shredded cabbage
2 tart apples, cored and shredded
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
METHOD:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar (or honey), mustard, salt, celery seed, and black pepper until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples, carrots, and raisins (if using). Pour dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
