Creamy Yogurt-Dill Dressing

Cool, tangy, and herbaceous, this creamy yogurt-dill dressing captures the essence of fresh spring flavor. The combination of Greek yogurt, lemon, and fragrant dill creates a light yet luscious sauce that’s as versatile as it is delicious. Use it to dress tender greens, drizzle over poached salmon, or spoon alongside grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes. It’s a staple worth keeping in your refrigerator all year long.

INGREDIENTS:

2/3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2/3 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup fresh dill fronds, packed
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice.

Transfer to a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before using.

  • Drizzle over mixed baby greens or cucumber salad.
  • Spoon over poached or grilled salmon, halibut, or shrimp.
  • Serve as a dip for crudités or roasted baby potatoes.
