INGREDIENTS:
1 banana, sliced and frozen until firm
1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup soy, almond or rice milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
METHOD:
Slice the banana and freeze until firm. Blend tofu, milk of choice, cocoa, and honey in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, add the frozen banana slices and process until smooth.
