This Banana Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie is a bright, creamy blend that balances tropical sweetness with a refreshing citrus zing. INGREDIENTS:
2 oranges
1 lime
2-3 inch round of wheatgrass
1 banana
12 crushed ice cubes
METHOD:
Juice the oranges and lime.
Pour the fresh juice into a blender. Add the wheatgrass, banana and crushed ice.
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a lime slice or a sprig of wheatgrass if desired.
