Green Super Juice

INGREDIENTS:

3 stalks celery
2 medium cucumbers
5 fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup fresh parsley
3-inch round wheatgrass
Drinking water as needed

METHOD:

Cut up celery and cucumber into chunks small enough to fit through your juicer. Juice and dilute with water as necessary for texture and/or taste.

Note: Sandy at New Natives recommends rolling the wheatgrass up into a ball before juicing. This helps facilitate the production of juice rather than it just “slipping through.”
