INGREDIENTS:
3 stalks celery
2 medium cucumbers
5 fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup fresh parsley
3-inch round wheatgrass
Drinking water as needed
METHOD:
Wash all produce thoroughly. Cut the celery and cucumbers into chunks small enough to fit through your juicer.
Roll the wheatgrass into a small ball before juicing—this helps extract more juice and prevents it from slipping through the machine.
