Few fruits capture the essence of summer quite like cherries. Their arrival each year is fleeting — a sign that sunny days and farmers’ market abundance have truly begun. To understand and combine the flavors of herbs, start by getting to know them individually. Use your nose—smell each herb on its own, then try blending it with another. Add a third, and eventually work up to five different herbs to see how their aromas and flavors interact. Taste as you go, and jot down...

Don’t miss these beautiful English peas today at Borba Family Farms!

A true spring favorite—tender, sweet, and so vibrant. Yes, shelling peas takes a little time… but it’s part of the ritual, a quiet moment in the kitchen that makes the reward even better.

Because nothing compares to a warm bowl of freshly shelled peas, simply tossed with butter and a pinch of salt—pure spring on a plate.

Clara’s Eggs 🥚

Some of the most beautiful eggs at the market—naturally pastel-hued and perfect for your spring table (no dye required!). Think soft blues, warm creams, and gentle blush tones… nature really knows what she’s doing.

And beyond their beauty? These are true farm-fresh eggs, with those rich, deep orange-golden yolks that make everything you bake just a little more special.

And don’t miss their duck eggs—larger, richer, and a favorite among bakers for their incredible texture and flavor.

A little everyday magic… straight from the farm!
