Beet the Heat Juice

Vibrant, earthy, and energizing, this Beet the Heat Juice is a powerhouse of flavor and nutrition. INGREDIENTS:

16 ounces fresh drinking water
2 apples, cut up
2 small beets, cut up
2-inch piece ginger

METHOD:

Wash all produce thoroughly. Trim and cut the beets and apples into chunks. Slice the ginger into smaller pieces.

Place the beets, apples, ginger, and fresh water into a high-speed blender or VitaMix.

Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45–60 seconds.

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag to remove pulp, pressing gently to extract all the juice.

Serve immediately over ice, or chill before serving. Stir well before drinking.
