INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 jalapeno pepper, finely minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, finely minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients. Marinate pork or poultry for 4 hours or more in the refrigerator. Wipe off marinade before cooking. Broil or grill meat.
