The tartness of kiwi pairs beautifully with pineapple, creating a jam that’s vibrant in both taste and color. Easy to make, this jam is a fantastic way to enjoy kiwifruit year-round.

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups chopped peeled kiwi
1 package dry pectin
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
4 cups sugar
A drop or two of green food coloring, if desired
