Watermelon Cooler

There’s no denying the enormous health benefits and hydration that watermelon provides. When the temperatures soar, it’s time to make a pitcher of this super-delicious beverage and keep it on hand to sip on all day.   

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups seedless watermelon, cut into small chunks
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup agave or mild honey
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
5 cups cold sparkling water

METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir. Set aside in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Fill a tall glass with ice, pour, and enjoy!

TIP: We like to keep a tray of watermelon chunks in the freezer to use them like ‘ice cubes’ — this way your drink is not diluted.
