Greek Marinade


1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary


In a small bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over lamb, beef or poultry and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours before grilling.
