Honey Barbecue Sauce

Sweet, tangy, and just the right touch of spice—this honey barbecue sauce is a versatile favorite that’s as perfect for brushing over grilled chicken as it is for slathering on ribs or burgers. The natural sweetness of honey balances the smoky depth of molasses, while ketchup, steak sauce, and Worcestershire layer in classic barbecue flavor. With just the right blend of spices and a gentle kick from red pepper flakes, this sauce comes together in minutes and tastes even better after resting in the fridge.

1 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
