INGREDIENTS:
1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled
3 cups cold drinking water
3/4 cup lemon Juice
3/4 cup sugar*
2 cups chilled soda water
Ice
METHOD:
In blender containier, puree strawberries.
In pitcher, combine pureed strawberries, water, lemon juice, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
Add club soda. Serve over ice and garnish with strawberries and/or mint leaves.
* Up to 1 cup sugar may be used to sweeten lemonade.
